Ahmad Alafaliq started his career at Microsoft in a program designed for future leaders. That’s where he first discovered his passion for group dynamics and human behaviour.

He left Microsoft to join Dale Carnegie Training. He is now a partner, consultant, and executive coach with them. He is also a Middle East facilitator at Harvard Business Publishing. Ahmad has 15 years’ experience in working with business professionals and leaders in the Middle East, across all major industries and with the largest companies – Tadauwul, Mobily, STC, SABIC, Almarai, KFSHRC, NCB and most major organizations.

He also worked with many government and semi-government organizations like CMA, Modon, ELM Ministry of Health and the Ministry of Interior.
He shared the stage with well-known figures such as Bill Gates. He also co-presented with the leadership thought leader and author Dave Ulrich who has authored over 20 books on leadership. He is currently on the board of directors to two companies.

He has a master’s degree in Computer Science and Psychology from Virginia Tech University and a second master’s at INSEAD University in Consulting and Coaching for Change.

As a consultant, he helps organizations identify the root cause of their people-related challenges. Once the root cause is uncovered, he uses his practical field experience to help the organization overcome it through coaching, leadership retreats, team-building activities and workshops.

Ahmad utilizes his theoretical knowledge and his practical experience in the field with CEOs and frontlines, to bring insights on what stands in the way of the success of most companies.
